Lifestyle Wellness


Based on the tenets of Wellness Science, the ILLUMINE® Method starts with an assessment with how you are currently in the patterns and habits of your lifestyle. Meditation and mindfulness are then used to shift your state of being, contact deeper motivations for your belief systems, and identify key areas where a shift in consciousness can enable you to have more ease and enjoyment in your way of living. A structured plan with clear goals and outcomes is then created to realistically fit into your daily life.

For the assessment, we review sleep, energy, mind, mood, relationships, career, purpose. As I observe you talk about these things, I notice where the energy is strongest, where you become most alive, where you seem to fade or become more stiff and less engaged. In dialogue, we define the key element that you wish to shift at during the session.

1 / First, the ILLUMINE® Method then begins with a guided meditation to calm your nervous system and shift your brainwave state. The guided meditation is a piece that gradually becomes tailored to your preferences over several sessions, and informs your personal daily practice.

2 / Second, I guide you on an adventure into the inner world of your subconscious. Here, you identify and then let go of a limiting mental habit to create a more useful belief. You create clarity, agency, freedom, lightness, meaning, joy, and a sense of many possibilities.

3 / Third, after resurfacing from your meditative deep dive, we identify how to integrate your new awareness into your lifestyle. This includes refining your mindfulness technique into a more effective and enjoyable practice, setting a schedule for your activities that optimize wellness, and defining a key goal for daily practice in the time between the first session and the next session.

Meditation brings you into a deeper state of relaxation so you can change your neural networks. You activate your parasympathetic nervous system and alpha brain waves.

 

2/ MINDSET SHIFT

As you adventure through the layers of your mind, we locate the limiting belief to change it to a more positive belief. The new belief fuels your motivation for change.

 

3/ DAILY PRACTICE

The new belief is integrated into a daily practice to reinforce new neural networks and make your goals a reality, your dreams into truth.

 
 

the sessions

Future sessions after the initial session are booked through several options. The first is a la carte, session to session, with goals defined as life presents its endless opportunities and challenges. Programs to deepen intelligence and agility in a specific direction include the following:

  • Mindfulness Training: deepen daily practice and skill

  • Sleep Reset: reset and deepen sleep quality

  • Illumination: anchor into your inner brilliance and wisdom

  • Optimal Performance: refine optimal mental agility and career success

  • Future Self: evolve a meditation practice on manifestation

  • Illumine Dr Program: for medical professionals

The above are offered in 8 to 10 progressive sessions that deepen your intelligence, ability, and awareness to begin to live the life of your dreams.

Please note: wellness services through Illumine are not a psychiatric or medical service, and as such do not provide medical diagnosis or mental health services. Wellness services are not for you if you have significant: addiction, psychiatric disorders, communicable or other disease processes. If you need reassurance about your ability to access wellness services, please consult your physician and have your physician request a referral form from Dr. Love at the Chakra Health Clinic for actively working high performance professionals. Collateral from your physician will be requested when deemed necessary on the initial wellness consult, and wellness services are not available to all who are interested. In the unlikely event you become unwell during wellness services, you may be required to withdraw and be referred to appropriate medical or mental health services.
