Mindfulness for Sleep and Stress

In this one hour wellness workshop, you will learn a way to use mindfulness that suits your motivation and reward system. You'll learn how to adapt a meditation technique to help you reduce stress and improve sleep.

  • Learn to relax, pause your thoughts, and find a quiet inner space

  • Understand the science of mindfulness, why it works, and the relevant neuroanatomy and physics

  • Learn how to change the brain when thoughts or emotions distract you from your goals, your wishes, your vision of success

  • Explore the power of your imagination, your psyche, and the mysterious power and beauty therein

More about Dr. Maia Love:

Dr. Maia Love is trained in mindfulness, meditation, neuroscience, psychiatry, yoga, and addiction medicine. She has been teaching mindfulness groups over the last seven years, daily guiding clients and groups over the last year, and co-led six wellness retreats last year. Her techniques open doorways in your mind for more success, calm, confidence, peace, kindness; for positive mental, emotional, and transcendent states.
