"Offering the training is part of an ongoing curiousity as to how to create positive atmospheres based in both personal practice and guiding. I am continually delighted and surprised at the beautiful internal landscapes and mind states that mindfulness can create. I so enjoy the intelligence that patients bring to the groups, and it gives me such a beautiful hope for, and faith in, the brilliance of each human being."
