Dr. Maia Love will join for the last three days to guide mindfulness and yoga, introduce the theory of blue mindfulness, and give a talk on evidence-based approaches to stress and resilience. She is excited to share with you her up to date knowledge from two recent conferences in Los Angeles, California. Natural approaches to brain health and wellness will be shared based in new information from the Dynamic Brain Conference, and emerging areas of high health from Gwyneth Paltrow's new conference launched June 10th this year.
