Dr. Maia Love co-leads the Physician Retreat Week with our expert wellness team. We are passionate to find ways to enhance your skills in reducing stress and increasing vitality. Our program helps you create a foundation for future wellness, based in the beauty of neuroscience and mindfulness. In addition, the program incorporates expert guidance from Dr. Michael F. Myers with the science of renewal, happiness, and high performance to create your action plan for physician excellence. To enhance your physical health, our personalized one-year fitness plan is designed with our expert athletic trainer Kamma Wiggins. With our diverse range of skills and experience, we use practical principles to anchor you into your unique motivation to balance your life with self-care, beauty in your relationships, and recharge your love of medicine.


The Homestead Tofino invites you to a personalized and distinct experience in which your lifestyle and career goals are refined. We offer a unique and enriching experience for doctors and their spouses. Your physical and mind wellness enrich over the week with evidence-based approaches to enhance wellness. Meditate daily and stretch beautifully in yoga, breathe in fresh ocean air while advancing your outdoor fitness in the rugged nature of Tofino BC, and adventure through international cuisine in five engaging cooking classes with our exceptional chef.
