The Power of Compassion

Show up to loved ones with less work on your mind and more love in your heart.

For anyone who has struggled with a deep weariness after working hard in emotionally difficult situations . . .

Do you spend many of your days feeling fatigued, especially on work days?

Are you dealing with not only loss of focus when listening, but also a gradual numbing of feeling?

Have you become more cynical, pessimistic or numb to the struggles of others, or your own struggles?

Over 70% of health care professionals in North America and Europe suffer from compassion fatigue and burnout, worsened by the events of the last two years.

At least 45% of these did not feel they had adequate support.

Compassion fatigue also occurs in anyone feeling helplessness and powerlessness in the face of suffering and fear, including symptoms such as: ruminating about others’ suffering, a loss of joy in your work and a sense of being detached.

Maia Love MD, specialized in the science of wellness, has helped many people solve the problem of compassion fatigue.

Through her The Power of Self Compassion programs, you too can learn tools from the latest in neuroscience to finally gain a personalized, effective and lasting solution to your fatigue from emotionally challenging environments.

In just 28 days, you’ll learn more about the science behind fear and your brain, and how to renew and restore with practices that you can do on your own time.

By the end of the program, you’ll notice just how quickly you reset to an inner place of calm when challenged by emotionally demanding situations and compassion fatigue.

Step Three: Define compassion, intellectually, emotionally, through physics and through felt experience in an embodied practice of compassion. Review the principles of heart math and what this means when you are on your own, and when you are interacting with another. Practice cultivating compassion and experience the sensed compassion quality that works best for you.

Step Four: Learn what happens in your brain and nervous system when you experience fear. With diagrams and physiological explanations, discover how fear can pull you off course and create confusion, agitation and foggy thinking. Note how fear can cause a state of numbness, a state that can be part of compassion fatigue. Understand how compassion works to get you back on course.

Step Five: Understand how self compassion is a scientifically verified approach that has measurable effects. Read a written guide to a self compassion practice to use when you find yourself unexplainably fatigued, exhausted after emotionally demanding situations and struggling in the face of uncertainty or fear.
